This video was created in collaboration with State Sen. Gary Peters' office and construction partner ELITE Companies to celebrate the completed $9.6 million renovation of the Cass County Historic Courthouse, which had been vacant for more than 20 years.

Impact of the MI-HOPE program

An Overview of the MI-HOPE program
Three phases into MSHDA's MI-HOPE program, we met with facilitators of the Cass County Land Bank's grant program as well as multiple homeowners who received funding through the program to discuss its effectiveness. The video was shared at a state conference as an overview of the statewide initiative.

Looking back at the history of
Cass County's Historic Courthouse
This video was created to be displayed at a "wall-breaking" ceremony for the renovation of the Cass County Historic Courthouse in Cassopolis, Michigan. The 125-year-old structure, which has been vacant for 20 years, will soon house the county's administrative offices.
